Sofitel Istanbul Taksim Hotel

Loved the location, right in the heart of all the action. The restaurant had delicious Turkish cuisine with a modern twist. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views.

Oh, the cleaning service was just outstanding. I particularly enjoyed finding mysterious stains and cobwebs in my room.

the staff was cordial and accommodating, making us feel like VIP guests at all times. the Spa & wellness center was luxurious and perfect for relaxation, the indoor swimming pool was spotless, and the massage offered here was an incredibly rejuvenating experience. We enjoyed having access to the beauty treatment, steam room, and Turkish bath which were so relaxing.

It was a bit too cold for our liking.

Every detail was great from the beginning, including staff and location, I loved it.

We loved our 2-nights stay. Our room was brand-new and neat with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. The location was magnificent, at a near distance from a National Palaces Painting museum. We had a very good stay at this hip new hotel.

The location is perfect for exploring the city. We enjoyed the amazing view from our room's bathtub. Despite the language barrier, the staff was very accommodating and helpful, especially in arranging a late check-out. we had a pleasant stay at Sofitel.

i had a very comfortable experience here, everything was great, the location was super close to taksim, the sea, every where in istanbul. i slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. i loved the lovely view.

The service was exceptional, yet some people working there were very unfriendly.

The rooftop Mirador Terrace on the ninth floor was absolutely stunning. The view of the city was breathtaking, and enjoying a glass of wine there felt like being on top of the world. The ambiance and service made it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the magnificent city.

Inconsistent cleanliness standards.

The general areas are spacious and easily accessible for senior guests, allowing for comfortable and leisurely strolls. , the hotel's prime location at Taksim Square ensures that senior people like me can easily explore the vibrant surroundings and enjoy the city's bustling atmosphere.

Relatively new hotel next to metro station. Got an upgrade to luxury room.

Hotel was huge and crowded, felt disorganized. Poor hygiene, room cleaning, and breakfast quality.

The staff here once helped me find my lost wallet. Now, I always return for the perfect fit. They have everything I need from Wi-Fi to a rooftop pool and spa. It's my go-to place for trips.

Nothing for me.

This hotel's location is unbeatable being in the center of Taksim Square near everything. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-appointed with high-end toiletries. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the late check-out was a bonus. The spa facilities were spacious and relaxing, with a good swimming pool.

The breakfast offering could improve.

The location was superb, with stunning Bosphorus views and a convenient spot near Taxim Square. The hotel's new and stylish rooms, delicious breakfast, and excellent spa with a traditional hammam were all added advantages. The staff's impeccable service and hospitality made this a truly wonderful experience.

They even arranged for a nurse to perform our required PCR tests in our room. The attention to detail, such as providing bottled water and nightly chamomile tea, was greatly appreciated. the hotel's facilities, location, and staff made it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a centrally located and safe place to stay.
